Position
Process Engineer
Main purpose of this position
Process Engineer to design and delivery project which is in Home Care and Personal care category. This role is team member of Unilever NA Cluster Engineering, report to HPC Engineering Manager, based in UL He-Fei site.
Responsibility
For capacity project, design process flow, Process balance & calculation，equipment & valves& instruments spec. and vendor sourcing，PID，Layout with AutoCAD and 3D
Assist PDM on project feasibility study and project execution on site
Making layout design with Auto-CAD and EOL automation
User requirement specification through close working with plant engineers
Organize equipments installation and commissioning on site
Manage project daily execution and deliver the project on time within budget
Take responsibility of contractor management on site, especially safety management
Take responsibility of tracking projects spending and forecast
Generate monthly goods reception report and its forecast through close working with finance
Communicate with stakeholders about project concept and proposal finalization
Efficient capital delivery
Qualifications
Bachelor degree of engineering or above
Chemical engineering or relevant engineering background
At least 3 years experience in similar roles, preferably from Home care and personal care products
Fluent in Mandarin & English
Good skill of MS Office software (MS project, Excel, PPT etc.) and Auto-CAD; prefer 3D skill
Good awareness on SHE and GMP
Strong leadership and cross functional communication skills
Self-motivator with ability to work independently
