Position1 : Associate Analytical Scientist
Department : R&D
Location : Zhangjiang Hitech, Shanghai
Headcount : 2
Major Responsibilities:
Responsible for analyzing raw material and finished products using wet chemistry and instrumental methods;
Reports on the progress and study results of research project to the team and makes suggestions for improvement.
Monitor the literatures and share with team the development and application of modern analytical technology in cosmetics and relevant industry;
Develop new analytical methods when necessary;
Manage and coordinate analytical testing and results with third party testing facilities.
Qualifications:
Master degree with solid knowledge in chemistry, preferred in analytical chemistry, organic chemistry, botanical analysis or related area;
Related research experience in analytical chemistry, proficiency in the use of analytical instrument such as HPLC, GC, LC-MS, GC-MS, HPTLC and other analytical instrumentation;
English proficiency in reading, writing and speaking
Ability to work independently and within a team environment;
High passion to analytical work and strong execution;
Be interested in cosmetics research and development and willing to grow with the company.
Position 2: Associate Analytical Scientist

Major Responsibilities:
Performs Microbiological testing on Raw Material, Finished Products and Stability samples according to SOP
Be responsible to lab maintenance and ensure GLP/GMP management
To support chemist for formula development and reformulation from microbiology viewpoint;
To keep chemists timely updated for preservatives and new trends in cosmetics-microbiology
Qualifications:
Master degree with solid knowledge and lab experience in microbiology, biochemistry, biology or related area;
English proficiency in reading, writing and speaking
Good capability on literature search and review;
High passion to microbiology work and strong execution;
Ability to work independently and within a team environment;
Good organizational and time management skills;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Be interested in cosmetics research and development and willing to grow with the company.
Position 3: Associate Scientist
Department : Research & Development
Reporting to : R&D manager
Location : Shanghai
Headcount : 6
Major Responsibilities:
Develop new product for different product subcategory under the supervision of team leader
Establishing formula specifications, conducting stability studies and record results as to requirement,
Understand consumer needs, explore new technology and benchmarking to deliver superior product and benefit
Work together with pilot lab to make sure product scaled-up successfully
Monitor equipment condition, assisting in the maintenance of laboratory equipment and ensure equipment meet GLP quality requirement
Good practice in data recording and 100% follow data integrity
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above, Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Biology, Bio-chemistry, Food, Pharmacy or related field,
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, organize work load and manage time successfully to meet project deadlines,
Capable to work under high pressure,
Good communication and team working,
Proactive and Passionate, Self-development,
Fluent in English, both oral and written.
